I have a pastel headache.

[edit] Umm, I'm actually pretty nervous about having uploaded this.. I have no real clue as to how to use pastels and stuff. And I've spent so long looking at this now, I'm really not sure what it looks like any more. I dunno, I remember being pretty pleased with it an hour or so ago. Apologies if it's totally awful.

don't ask me how but this one reminds me of a fairytale.. looks likethe forest from Snowwhite and the 7 dwarfs.. very poetic and evocative.
the colors suggest a slightly different version though... something in the line of american mcgee's Alice ^^

and that white corner at the lower right.. looks like there's a bunny coming out from there ...

i love this.. wicked!!!

Aww, you're the nicest person to show new stuff to! I guess I was trying to ape The Flare, minus the people and the violence. I can see how an empty landscape would look kind of fairytale-esque. Obviously there's no attention to detail, so it's good to hear it's a little evocative of anything. : )

that's quite an intense piece, i see ^^
i guess, even if you didn't searh for it voluntarily, detail's research still pops out here and there ;)
